The M.A.D. The School for Life

School for Life Foundation (SFL - was founded in 2008 by two young, proactive and passionate Australians, Annabelle Chauncy and Dave Everett. They were fuelled by a vision to improve the lives of people in rural Uganda, through education. They have successfully built and now operate a primary school and vocational training centre named Katuuso. The school educates 220 children, employs 30 locals, runs vocational training programs in sewing and agriculture to assist with the self-sufficiency and sustainability of the community which now has access to clean water and health checks.  Annabelle and our team of volunteers operate our sponsorship and fundraising programs from Australia, whilst Dave oversees operations and expansion in Uganda.
