Ordering online
Six simple steps.
Most customers order online — it’s the fastest way to get your packaging moving.
Find your packaging
Browse our ready-made range by category, use the search bar, or enter your product’s measurements in the box size finder to see boxes that fit.
Check the details
On the product page, choose your size, colour and quantity. Check the dimensions and the dispatch or lead time before you add to cart.
Order a sample first
Not sure on size? Order a sample from $2–$10 plus postage and test it with your product before committing to a full order.
Add everything to your cart
Add all the products you need, then enter your postcode in the cart to see your exact shipping cost. Shipping is worked out on your whole order.
Checkout & pay
Enter your delivery details (or choose Click & Collect), add any notes such as a required delivery date, and pay securely.
Track your order
You’ll get an order confirmation, then a dispatch email with your tracking number. Check progress any time on our order status page.

Order confirmation
You’ll receive an email confirming your order straight away.

We prepare your order
Stocked products dispatch within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order products follow the lead time shown on the product page; bulk orders typically take 7–10 business days.

Dispatched with tracking
We email your consignment tracking number as soon as your order ships. For Click & Collect, we’ll let you know when it’s ready to pick up.

Delivered Australia-wide
Delivery time depends on your location and courier. Large orders may arrive in more than one carton. Delivery information →
Call us on 03 8689 9344 before you order to confirm we can meet your deadline, then add your required date in the notes at checkout. During busy periods this may not always be possible.
We recommend delivering to a business address. Home deliveries include authority to leave, and couriers need a physical street address — no PO Boxes.
We don’t accept returns for change of mind, so if you’re unsure, order a sample or ask our team before placing a full order.
