Dispatch times vary by product. Stocked products dispatch within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order products have lead times listed on each product page.
We offer three delivery options to suit every business and location. Choose the one that works best for you at checkout.
We deliver to every state and territory across Australia via our courier partners Direct Freight, StarTrack, and Australia Post. Shipping costs and delivery timeframes are calculated automatically at checkout based on your postcode and order weight.
We ship to a range of international destinations via DHL and Australia Post International, ensuring full tracking on every international order. Shipping costs are calculated automatically for orders up to 100kg. For orders over 100kg or for a custom quote, contact us at info@packqueen.com.au.
Melbourne-based customers can collect their order directly from our Thomastown warehouse at no delivery charge. Simply select Click & Collect at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready. Collection address: 20 Horne Street, Thomastown VIC 3074. Mon–Fri 8:30am–4pm.
Prefer to use your own courier account? You're welcome to arrange a pickup from our Thomastown warehouse. We will contact you when your order is ready for collection.
Dispatch time depends on whether you're ordering a stocked product, a made-to-order product, or a bulk quantity. Always check the individual product page for the most accurate dispatch estimate.

⚡ Urgent orders: If your order is time-sensitive, please call us before placing your order on 03 8689 9344 to confirm we can meet your deadline. During busy periods this may not always be possible. Once confirmed, add your required delivery date in the comments field at checkout. Whilst we will always try to accommodate urgent orders, during busy periods this may not always be possible.
Once dispatched: You'll receive a confirmation email with a consignment tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time. Delivery times after dispatch vary depending on your location and the courier service selected at checkout.

Shipping costs are based on your location and the weight of your order — either dead weight or cubic weight, whichever is greater. See the cubic weight section below for a full explanation.

What is cubic weight?
Cubic weight is calculated from the external dimensions of the carton we ship your order in — not the weight of the products themselves. Convert your dimensions to metres, then apply the formula:
Your shipping cost is based on whichever is higher — the actual weight or the cubic weight.
Real example: A carton measuring 50cm × 50cm × 50cm converts to 0.50m × 0.50m × 0.50m = 0.125m³. Multiply by 250 = 31.25kg cubic weight. If the actual contents only weigh 5kg, shipping is still charged at 31.25kg. This is standard practice across all Australian couriers and is not something PackQueen controls.
Our website calculates cubic weight automatically when you enter your postcode at checkout — so you always know your shipping cost before you pay.
PackQueen ships to a range of international destinations. All international orders are sent via DHL or Australia Post International so you receive full tracking information throughout your delivery.

International orders can be paid by Credit Card or PayPal at checkout. Alternatively, email info@packqueen.com.au to request a quote or invoice.

For orders over 100kg where no shipping options are available, email info@packqueen.com.au with your country, postcode, physical address, and the products you'd like to order and we'll prepare a shipping quote.
Note on customs & duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes in your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.
