Simply place your first order online — your account is automatically registered to your email address. All our pricing is wholesale and available online immediately. Bulk pricing is applied automatically at checkout based on your order quantity.
🛒 Ordering
There is no minimum order quantity on most of our stocked products — you can order as few as one unit. For made-to-order products, minimums vary by product and are listed on the product page. If manufacturing has not yet been scheduled, you may be able to change or cancel your order. Contact us as soon as possible at info@packqueen.com.au or call 03 8689 9344. Once an order has been scheduled for manufacturing it cannot be modified or cancelled.

🚚 Delivery & Shipping
We ship Australia-wide via Direct Freight. International orders are shipped via DHL or Australia Post International. You can also Click & Collect from our warehouse at 20 Horne Street, Thomastown, Victoria 3074.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically on our website. You can view shipping costs on the product page or by adding items to your cart and entering your postcode before checkout. You can also arrange your own courier to collect from our Thomastown warehouse.
Dispatch time depends on whether your product is stocked, made-to-order, or a bulk quantity order:
  • Stocked products — typically dispatched within 1–3 business days
  • Made-to-order products — lead time listed on the product page
  • Bulk orders — manufacturing may take 7–10 business days
Contact us for specific dispatch times during peak periods.
You will receive a dispatch notification email with a consignment tracking number once your order has been shipped. Use this number to track your delivery directly with the courier.
Couriers charge based on either the dead weight or cubic weight of your order — whichever is greater. Cubic weight is calculated from the dimensions of the carton we ship your order in, not the weight of the products themselves. For example, 100 chocolate boxes may weigh 1.8kg, but due to their size the cubic weight could be 11.4kg — and you'd be charged based on the higher figure. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your postcode and order details.
We recommend using a business address. If delivering to a home address, please note that by placing your order you agree to an automatic authority to leave if no one is present. You can add delivery instructions at checkout, however couriers cannot contact you before delivery or deliver at a specific time. Please do not use a PO Box — our couriers require a physical address.
Yes. International orders are shipped via DHL or Australia Post International. Shipping costs are calculated automatically for orders up to 100kg. For orders over 100kg, email info@packqueen.com.au with your country, postcode, physical address, and items required and we will prepare a quote.
First, track your order using the consignment number in your dispatch notification email — it may already be out for delivery. If you still have concerns after tracking, contact us at info@packqueen.com.au or call 03 8689 9344 and our team will assist.

📦 Samples
Yes. We strongly recommend ordering a sample before placing a full order, particularly as we do not accept returns for change of mind. Samples allow you to check the size, quality, and finish of a product before committing. Visit our samples page for details on how to request one.
Most samples incur a small charge, generally between $2–$10, plus postage. This helps us keep our product prices as low as possible for all customers. Visit our samples page to learn more and place a sample request.
We offer one sample per product. Samples are intended for quality and size testing purposes. If you need additional samples, please contact our team to discuss your requirements.
To keep costs down, we manufacture samples in bulk — so they are only available in brown or white (made-to-order products are only available in brown). However, we'll send you colour swatches so you can see the exact colour and finish of your preferred option before ordering.

Our presentation gift boxes are made from 285gsm paperboard, which is not suitable for postage. Our corrugated cardboard boxes are strong and sturdy and suitable for shipping. Products that are suitable for postage are clearly marked with a "Suitable for Postage" badge on the product page. If you're unsure, contact our team and we'll point you in the right direction.

↩️ Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. We strongly recommend ordering a sample before placing a full order to ensure the product meets your requirements. Visit our samples page to request one, or view our full Returns & Refund Policy.
We take quality seriously — but if you receive a faulty product or the wrong items, please contact us immediately at info@packqueen.com.au or call 03 8689 9344. All claims for faulty or incorrectly delivered items must be received within 21 days of dispatch. Items will need to be returned to PackQueen for assessment. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for orders that arrive late due to courier delays, as this is outside our control. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before placing your order to confirm we can meet your deadline. We'll always do our best to accommodate urgent requests.
