Ordering with PACKQUEEN is easy!

Anyone can order from PACKQUEEN (you do not need an ABN number). Simply add our products to your cart to take advantage of our bulk wholesale pricing....the more you purchase the cheaper the product is! Once your order is confirmed, your account will be registered with your nominated email address.

All our products can be purchased online. Otherwise, you can also request an invoice via email. Please send all order requests and purchase orders to info@packqueen.com.au

Minimum orders quantities on most products is 25 units with bulk discounts applicable - the higher the quantity the cheaper the unit price!

For quantities above 2000, please contact us directly at info@packqueen.com.au or on 03 8689 9344 as further discounts may apply for the product that you are interested in.

STEP 1 - Search for Products

Locate the item you require either by using the categories in the menu bar or the search function at the top of the website. As we do not accept returns for change of mind purchases, we highly recommend you order a sample by calling our team on 03 8689 9344 to ensure that your product fits your chosen packaging.

STEP 2 - Add Products to your Shopping Cart

Click 'BUY NOW/MORE INFORMATION' to open the product page. On this page you can view more information and add the product to your cart. The unit pricing is displayed at the top (to the right of the product image). Simply adjust the quantity you are after and click the 'ADD TO CART' button. From here you can either check out or, continue shopping.

STEP 3 - Create a Free Account (for new customers)

Once you have added everything you need to your cart, select the 'checkout now' button. Simply fill out all the required details to make payment for your order. Once your order is confirmed you will receive an activation email which will allow you to register your account under your email address.

Creating an account will give you the opportunity to track all of your past invoices, make online payments and re-order your favourite items with the click of a button.

STEP 4 - Finalise your Order and Make Payment

You can pay via Credit Card, Direct Deposit (we will email through an invoice) or Paypal.

PACKQUEEN does not issue out any stock to the buyer until full payment is made. If you require an invoice to forward to your accounts department prior to making payment, select DIRECT DEPOSIT as your payment method. An invoice outlining your order details, pricing and shipping cost will automatically be emailed to you. Once approved by your accounts department, you can make payment either by direct deposit, logging into your account to pay with a credit card or calling us on 03 8689 9344.

STEP 5 - Once Payment has been Received - We will dispatch your Order

Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive a delivery confirmation email with a tracking number. If you choose a 'click and collect' option, we will contact you when your order is ready for collection from our Thomastown warehouse.
