Our Custom Printing Process is Simple:

1. Order Your Packaging and Checkout
2. After you have ordered, you will be emailed a link to upload your artwork or you can request the die line/box template. For simple designs we can place your logo for you. Otherwise, you can request our template (after checkout) and design yourself. This information will be emailed to you upon checkout.
3. Once we receive your logo/artwork, your Artwork Approval form will be emailed back to you within 2 business days.
4. Approve your design.
5. Production commences and will be completed within 5-10 working days for digital print and 15-20 working days for screen print.
6. Your packaging will then be dispatched for you to enjoy. You will receive a tracking notification email once they have been dispatched from our warehouse.

• Bulk Stock Products: Allow 5-7 work days for dispatch
• Made-to-Order (MTO) Products: Lead time specified on product page

Shipping Options:
Delivery: We provide reliable delivery options both within Australia and internationally. Our Australian delivery partners include Direct Freight, Star Track, and Australia Post. For international shipments, we work with trusted partners such as DHL and Australia Post Express Courier.

Click & Collect: Conveniently, we offer a click & collect option at our Thomastown warehouse. You can opt to personally collect your order from our warehouse or arrange for a courier to do so. Once your order is ready, we will promptly notify you.

Delivery Cost:
