Since launching in Thornbury in 2019, the business has become known for its stunning Swiss meringue buttercream cakes, fondant cookies, and creative baked treats that help customers celebrate life's special moments. In 2025, Baked by KB proudly opened its first shopfront, welcoming customers from Friday to Sunday.

What I love the most about my business is watching the joy it brings to people when you bring their cake dreams to life!
What challenges has your business faced?
The biggest challenge I've faced is keeping up sales during covid and the current economic climate. The key to riding these waves is to keep creating new products, like my new Mini Cookie Packs.
