Measure each bottle and jar including the cap, pump or dropper. A few millimetres decides whether a carton fits snugly or rattles.
Tuck end cartons suit light products. Glass jars and heavier bottles need a snap lock or crash lock base for support.
Planning all your cartons at once keeps colours and layouts consistent, and can make quoting simpler.
A carton alone isn't enough for couriers. Pack glass products in a mailer with honeycomb paper or filler.
