We are Ngaio Leather Co., based in Melbourne. We make beautiful bags and accessories from Japanese veg tanned leather.
What do you love most about your business?
We love providing what no one else in the world does - high quality leather goods and bags with a minimalistic aesthetic. Durable, practical and pleasing on the eye.
What challenges has your business faced?
Overcoming cultural barriers with our leather artisans in Vietnam. We found they have a vastly different culture and a different way of doing business. We overcame this with patience, a translation app (!), mutual cooperation and understanding and a little bit of compromise so that we could both work together.
How has PackQueen helped your business?
We needed a smaller box with our branding for our wallets. This was extremely hard to find in the quantities we needed. Luckily for us PackQueen was able to provide this for us.
