- One Colour Screen Print (Print up to 20% of the box One Side) For Kraft Black we only print white. For Kraft White & Kraft Brown choose any pantone colour and we colour match.

- Stock Products: Allow 1-3 work days for dispatch
- Bulk Stock Products: Allow 5-7 work days for dispatch
- Made-to-Order Products: Lead time specified on product page

Shipping Options:
Delivery: We provide reliable delivery options both within Australia and internationally. Our Australian delivery partners include Direct Freight, Star Track, and Australia Post. For international shipments, we work with trusted partners such as DHL and Australia Post Express Courier.
Click & Collect: Conveniently, we offer a click & collect option at our Thomastown warehouse. You can opt to personally collect your order from our warehouse or arrange for a courier to do so. Once your order is ready, we will promptly notify you.
Delivery Cost:
To ensure transparency and convenience, our website calculates the delivery cost during the checkout process. This way, you'll have all the necessary information upfront.
Refund & Returns:

These boxes are very high quality and cut extremely precisely. They fold and fit together very well. The printing (I did one colour) was very clear, good depth and clean edges. This is the second time I've had boxes printed by PackQueen and I will happily print more here. Turnaround time is very good as well.
