Applied by hand around a loaded pallet, stretch film holds the entire load together — preventing individual boxes from shifting, toppling, or falling during forklift handling, transport, and storage.
How to Wrap a Pallet Correctly
- Start at the base of the pallet, anchoring the film to one corner
- Work upward in overlapping spiral passes, maintaining consistent tension
- Apply at least 2–3 full layers around the pallet
- Finish at the top and tuck the film end securely
- For additional security, use strapping over the stretch film
