What does your business sell?
STAPLE Co is an Australian clothing label specialising in fair-trade organic cotton essentials. Every piece is designed with intention - minimal, versatile, and built to last. We believe in seasonless staples that feel good, wear well, and stay in your wardrobe for years.
What do you love most about your business?
Such a good question! Definitely the people I meet. I have some of the best customers that are delightful to work with, they make me smile every day. I also have the BEST manufacturer who has been incredibly patient with me and my constant need to do better for people and the planet.
What challenges has your business faced?
We haven’t had too many challenges … yet! We have been quite intentional in the way we have started slowly. We really want to get things right from the beginning as far as the clothing goes. Social media is always a challenge but we are working our way through that - trying not to give it too much attention.
How has PackQueen helped your business?
I am SO HAPPY to have found PackQueen. I was having trouble finding recycled cardboard stacking boxes in Australia and I initially found a company in the UK but they didn’t ship to Australia. I saw some of the PackQueen packaging in the background of a colleagues Instagram reel and now we are here - I might just become your favourite new customer! My next purchase will be some customer mailing boxes I think. I’ve also just recently taken on a small warehouse so I’ll definitely need more stacking boxes for that. Also - gorgeous customer service!
