Important Note: This product is for purchasing our Christmas Print Only. You can add this to any of our kraft brown or kraft white mailing boxes, calico drawstring bags or calico tote bags. Purchase the packaging product separately and we will do the rest. 

This Christmas, we’re making it easier than ever to add a festive touch to your packaging. At PackQueen, we’re offering the option to print a simple Merry Christmas message directly onto any of our packaging at a low cost — perfect for spreading cheer without stretching your budget.

Want to take it a step further? We can also add your business logo alongside the Christmas message, creating a personalised design that highlights your brand while still keeping the seasonal spirit front and centre.

Step 1:  Add your chosen box, calico drawstring, calico tote or kraft gift bag to your cart (NB: this product is for print only and adding to an existing PackQueen Product)

Step 2: Add either a Christmas Design OR Christmas Design + Logo

Step 3: Manufacturing commences immediately for orders with just a Christmas Design. The Christmas Design will be on the lid of the box or bag in the center. If you have chosen Christmas Design + Your Company Logo an artwork approval will be sent prior to production for your approval

Step 4: Your order is dispatched and sent within 5 to 10 work days. 

Lead Times:
Here at PACKQUEEN, we offer a variety of products, including stocked and made-to-order options. To provide you with accurate information, we specify the lead times on each product page.

• Stock Products: Allow 1-3 work days for dispatch
• Bulk Stock Products: Allow 5-7 work days for dispatch
• Made-to-Order (MTO) Products: Lead time specified on product page

Please keep in mind that lead times can occasionally vary, especially during busy periods. However, we do our best to accommodate fast track requests. If you have an urgent order, kindly reach out to our team before placing it.

Shipping Options:
Delivery: We provide reliable delivery options both within Australia and internationally. Our Australian delivery partners include Direct Freight, Star Track, and Australia Post. For international shipments, we work with trusted partners such as DHL and Australia Post Express Courier.

Click & Collect: Conveniently, we offer a click & collect option at our Thomastown warehouse. You can opt to personally collect your order from our warehouse or arrange for a courier to do so. Once your order is ready, we will promptly notify you.

Delivery Cost:
To ensure transparency and convenience, our website calculates the delivery cost during the checkout process. This way, you'll have all the necessary information upfront.

Refund & Returns:
As we offer a full sample service for you to try our product before committing to a bulk order, we do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind purchases. Please get in touch with our team if you need help and recommendations for a particular product.
