What is the minimum order?
25 boxes per colour and size, whether you order them plain or with your logo.
How long do custom rigid boxes take?
Samples take 5–10 work days. Production takes 15–20 work days from when you approve your artwork.
Can I get a sample first?
Yes. Tick “I’d like a sample first” in the quote form and we’ll include it in your quote. Samples take 5–10 work days.
Which print style should I choose?
Foil stamping gives a metallic, luxury look in one colour. Deboss presses your logo into the lid with no ink. UV screen print suits bold one-colour logos. Digital print is best for multi-colour logos and fine detail. If you’re unsure, choose “Not sure yet” and we’ll recommend one.
What does print area mean?
Logos are printed on the lid. Print area is how much of the lid your logo covers: less than 30% is a neat centred logo, and 30–60% is a large, eye-catching logo.
Why can’t I choose every colour in every size?
Each size is stocked in its own range of colours, and some come with a ribbon too. The quote builder only shows combinations that are available, so whatever you pick can be made.
Are the sizes inside or outside measurements?
The main sizes are outside measurements. Inside sizes are approximate, about 15 mm shorter, 10 mm narrower and 5 mm lower. If your product needs a snug fit, tell us in the form and we’ll check it.
What artwork do you need?
A vector file (PDF, AI or SVG) is best. A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background also works. You can upload it with your quote request, and we’ll send a proof before anything is printed.
