How do I place an order?

You can order online, or email your order or purchase order to info@packqueen.com.au.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders within Australia take 5–7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take 7–16 days. Delivery details are in your confirmation email.

Can I order a sample?

Absolutely. We provide samples of all our products so you can test them before you buy. Buy samples directly online, or email info@packqueen.com.au and our team will help.

Do you offer custom printing?

We sure do — we offer printing on nearly all of our packaging. Print prices are listed online, or email our team at info@packqueen.com.au if you have a printing idea you can’t find listed.

Do you offer custom sized packaging?

Yes. We make custom-sized packaging from a minimum of 250 units, with nearly 20 years of experience behind every job. Email info@packqueen.com.au and let’s create something amazing together.

How long does shipping take?
