filled with a beautiful chaos. And we're loving it!

All of the letters mish-mashed on the keyboard cannot even describe the past few months here at PACKQUEEN. This transition has brought out the best in us –and our products! From launching a brand-new, easy-to-use website, to sourcing a large amount of new exciting products – all in the effort to offer our customers a better buying experience. And now it’s come to this:
the launch of not only a cleaner, more informative website, but a new concept that will change the way you see packaging.
The new state-of-the-art PACKQUEEN website officially launched on Monday September 2nd and it’s fair to say that the feedback we’ve received since then is overwhelming. We are now able to provide you faster shipping options, an easier purchasing system, the ability to re-order items at the click of the button and most importantly, a wider range of products with an abundance of information linked to them. And if you thought all of that was great, well wait until you see what we come up with next.
We strongly believe that social media presence is important. Not only for building a community of people who share the same interest, but with the ability to respond to customer feedback on our Facebook page, so you can learn more about our products and interesting ways to use them. The one thing we are most excited about, however, is the launch of our YouTube page (coming early 2014) where you can find videos with folding instructions for our box ranges, or DIY tutorials on ways to brand your packaging and make it stand out above the rest.
While the past few months have been hectic, it’s not slowing down anytime soon, we have so much to do in preparation for making our new concept an exciting experience for you and we’re all looking forward to it – hope you are too.
signage goes up on the front of our building, all part of the plan to making PACKQUEEN more accessible to our customers
